The requirements are that wiki pages, titles, or indeed anything that a human has to comprehend and interact with should be __Human and Machine Readable__. That is they should be able to be easily read and therefore understood by humans, while at the same time be able to be processed and therefore augmented by humans.
This general philosophy is part of a set of design choices that we consider to be essential to life-like governance.
Additionally the page titles should be:
- elegant and aesthetically appealing - easily identified in an index - allows pages to be moved to other sites
